Gentle Hands Care Ltd’s approach to care is proactive; based on the individual’s skills and requirements, we encourage participation in meaningful activities that improve the individual’s overall health and well-being. Our service users are encouraged in their growth, which includes developing life and social skills, confidence, and self-esteem, as well as assisting them in transitioning to a more independent existence.
We help people of all ages and capacities, starting at 16 years old, using our person-tailored approach. Our highly trained and motivated staff is committed to caring for and assisting people with a wide range of complex needs, such as learning disabilities, mental health issues, and challenging behaviors. Our staff is led by outstanding Registered and Qualified Managers, who are backed by fully-trained Social Care Workers and Nurses who collaborate with staff to further enhance persons’ emotional and mental welfare.

Meet our Team
From The Director
I am a confident, motivated and a goal orientated person, I enjoy working in a learning environment an I am a caring, compassionate nurse with excellent communication skills ensuring engagement with families and confident to liaise with the extended MDT I am open to new ideas and working practices. I am a caring determined person and work successfully both within a team as well as individually. Most of my interpersonal skills have been gained due to working in different hospitals as an Agency Nurse. I am a registered nurse with 17 years of experience Maintaining high standards of care and delivering good quality care to the patients. I have worked in both hospitals and nursing homes and in both settings, I have been able to gain a lot of confidence within myself. I am self-motivated, approachable and a great team player I would also describe myself as being a people’s person.
